“Not worth the price. Comes in a large size - which doesn’t suit the small box the necklace comes in. Looks silly and empty when you put the necklace packaging inside the gift box. When asked for a refund, customer service said it wasn’t possible even thought the box was unused and had the original shipping packaging.”

“The gift box was good quality but how the ribbon is wrapped you cant open without it breaking. Also the gift bag I purchased which was the only choice was half its size. So waste of money.”
