“After waiting 3 weeks for my order to arrive, it finally arrived incomplete, with one of the charms that I had ordered missing from one side. I emailed customer services right away and I am still (10 days later) waiting for a response to my email as to how they are going to resolve this. I have contacted them via email and all social media platforms and have had no response from anyone. There is no contact number to reach them on either. Absolutely appalling service, it doesn’t look like I will ever receive the necklace that I actually ordered and paid for. This is extremely disappointing and I would advise all customers to avoid Abbott Lyon at all costs!”

“Just done a 5 day break in murcia. Never took this off. Pool, sea and showers. Still looks amazing. I have just received my 3rd order from you (3 ankle bracelets). Look lovely on. Only time will tell if they withstand getting wet but if my previous orders are anything to go by then I won't be worried.”

“Really nice name necklace my Granddaughter loved it ! But unfortunately I can’t say the same about customer service !! I contacted them the same day I ordered it as I had ordered the wrong one as I really wanted the one with the stones in it !! This was my fault but I was sent an automatic reply !! Then a week later another automated message!! But I was sent a message to review my purchase before I even received it !! I then received it and customer service hadn’t bothered to reply!!”
