“I LOVE my necklace! It came out beautifully and i'm so happy with it. Their customer service team is quick to respond and both helpful and thoughtful, which I appreciated. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I had issues being able to track my shipment. I got an email notifying me that my necklace shipped, but when I went to track it, there was no information to be found (I even downloaded an app I didn't want to download in order to keep up with it, which didn't prove useful either). All in all, LOVE the quality and the design, but the shipping process could improve just a little bit. Thank you Abbott Lyon Team!”
