“The item never arrived”

Hi Sean, Thankyou for taking the time to leave us a review. I’m so sorry to hear that your order hasn’t yet made it to you. Please be assured that your order is on its way & your unique tracking number will update shortly. Due to the Royal Mail strikes which have taken place on various occasions over the last 2 weeks, we are experiencing a delay in the delivery of our orders - this is also affecting the updating of tracking. Please do continue to monitor the shipment of your order (we would recommend using the Royal Mail app as this appears to be updating a little faster), & don’t hesitate to email us at help@abbottlyonsupport.com if your order doesn’t arrive 7 working days from the date of dispatch (excluding weekends & Royal Mail strike days). We’d be more than happy to help!

“The signature name necklace I order is absolutely beautiful and definitely an excellent present I think. I am totally happy with my choice. I will certainly recommend Abbot Lyon and this necklace to my friends and possibly order another for someone else or treat myself. My only small and understandable issue is that it takes a little longer than a usual order, as it has to be customised, so just give it plenty of time if you need it for a certain date.”
