“The website view of the chain was poor and when it arrived despite the fancy packaging the product was tacky. I contacted the customer service dept immediately but despite their promise of priding themselves it was a straight no. Although the necklace was customised it would not have been difficult to change the chain. I offered to pay to have the chain changed but they weren’t interested in trying to help me. This is short sighted in a time when people can choose where to spend their money. I won’t buy from them again I am really disappointed and currently the necklaces are destined for the bin but feel sure we will find another supplier who genuinely wants business”
