“Love the quality but find it difficult to wear as chain to short and the name tag digs into my neck, so my error in necklace length means an expensive redundant piece of jewellery. Earrings great though”

The process to make the order was seamless and very clear and easy to use. The attention to detail is incredible and I will absolutely order again.”

“Chain was not what I expected, asked to change chain to a different type - offered to pay for the work to be done but they flat out refused. Now have a necklace that won’t be worn. It also took nearly a month to arrive. Such poor customer service. Will not order from them again l, ever !!”
