“I waited 12 days for the necklace to be made (which was expected) I then waited a week for delivery. I was told it was out for delivery to then be told there was an issue and it would be delivered the next day. This went on for 4/5 days and after going back and forth with your customer service and Evri customer service, I was told that it has been lost in the network. After informing you of this I barely had an apology and was offered a replacement but of course I didn’t want to trust that after 15/20 days it would actually arrive so I went elsewhere.”
