“I bought this for my Mum and the name keeps twisting over so quite regularly she has to turn it back around. It would be better if the letters were fixed in place. Also she has had a reaction to the necklace, not sure if the materials used are cheap but she cannot wear directly on her skin”

“I love this Necklace!! So gorg and feels so expensive! However the one downside which I don’t know if anyone else finds this but my necklace seems to flip all the time so that the right side is facing the opposite way. So I’m finding I’m having to adjust it multiple times a day. Only downside as this can be a little frustrating.”
