“This was my first order with Abbott Lyon, I ordered this necklace with 5 clovers and 3 initials. Unfortunately the order came with 4 clovers and 2 initials!. Abbott Lyon did send me a replacement but I did have to wait 2 weeks for a reply to an e-mail and then a further 2-3 weeks to receive what I had actually ordered, and this was on top of the original 3 weeks from original order date. I love the necklace but I’m not sure it will stand up to the no tarnishing but it comes with a 2 year warranty so we shall see. It’s also more of a brassy gold than the gold I was expecting too.”
