“The necklace is pretty and I like the chain. However I don’t like the way the pendant is attached to the chain, it constantly flips over and sits facing the backside instead of the front textured side like I want. I wish this hung off the chain from the top instead of the center, if I realized that was how this was I would’ve ordered a different necklace. Unfortunately because of how this necklace always flips around it makes me not want to wear it as much.”

“My order took over a month to come after it was lost via delivery. While the Abbot Lyon team were helpful in resolving this for me, it still look around 3 weeks for the replacement necklace to arrive. The necklace itself is pretty, but it always flips to the plain side which is annoying. Overall, I do like the necklace, but I believe I should have received a refund considering how long it took for it to come. I’m slightly disappointed that I paid £60 for the necklace.”

“Lovely necklace but mines will not sit the correct way. I have contacted customer services who were more than useless and they kept telling me it’s body movement. It’s as if the letter has been welded on the wrong way so it either sits on the plain flat side or upside down. So disappointed”
