“Ordered two necklaces with names on for Christmas. They came Christmas Eve so was stressed about that. Opened the one, and the name was spelt wrong!! Checked the order, and I had ordered it spelt correctly. So I had to buy another gift, costing me double. The customer service said they would send another and offered 10% off another order !! Like I'd order again. I asked about the length of the necklace as it was so small and agreed to have an extender so at least it could be worn. I also paid £12 for the gift box, and it was the same as the other. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this company as I feel I could rely on the order, and I'm out of pocket. Such a shame !!!”
