“I absolutely love my necklace, it looks so nice on! The only downside to the necklace is that when wearing it the clovers flip over and you can’t see the initials on them!”

“The necklace is beautiful and my wife loves it which is why this is a 3 star review instead of 1. My issue is with the initial customer service. I ordered this back in November and it was delayed. It was only once I realised it had been stuck on finishing touches for a long time that I had to get in touch to find out they’d messed up the order and had to start again. To their credit they did give me a voucher to get something to give my wife should that the new one not arrive before Christmas. What I want to know is what would’ve happened had I not contacted support?”
