“The necklace itself was great until I wore it and noticed there was a link on the chain that wasn’t assembled properly and it was sharp and rough and catching on my neck. I contacted Abbot Lyon and they have offered to send out a replacement. But all in all considering I waited 15 days and I got emails all about it’s being quality checked and made sure it’s to the highest standards etc, i don’t think it was made to the highest standard. But the customer services was helpful. Also, the birthstone heart is plastic. Which I was VERY disappointed about as I expected it to be a stone at least and not plastic. Otherwise I would have ordered the plain name necklace and not the birthstone was as it makes it look really cheap. I wish I had known this before.”
