“Sent the gift box out without necklace. Gifted it without the necklace that arrived two weeks later. Paid 12£ for gift box, how was I supposed to know the item wouldn’t be inside? Terrible customer service when I reached out.”

“Clasp constantly ends up at front and initials toward back of neck. Initials will pull up towards neck (when they are positioned correctly) no matter what length necklace set on. Customer service solution to me is that it’s expected for the necklace to turn with movement and when I’m not moving it will not move. I’m not walking real fast all the time.”
