Aww what a lovely review Louise, thank you. It really means a lot to us. ❤️Great to hear that you are so happy with your Initial Choker (Gold), it really is such a gorgeous piece!x

“The necklace is beautiful and my daughter loved it. But that isnt where the quality ended... The customer service was not just outstandingly professional and efficient but they were caring and personable in a way you dont often see in business these days. They addressed our needs, made sure we received our product and were beyond kind. This was probably my best shopping experience ever. Thank You!”

Thank you so much for taking the time out to leave us this review! So delighted to see that you are happy with your Initial Choker (Gold) , it really is such a gorgeous piece! ✨x

“There was a lead-in time of 6 to 8 weeks when I ordered this, but it came in 3! So my daughter got it for Christmas rather than for her birthday. She was absolutely delighted with her purchase, although sometimes the initials slip round. She is working on the technique to keep them in the correct position! As per usual the communication and quality of the jewellery is excellent.”
