“I requested an exchange for the upper case necklace whilst keeping hold of the initial and birthstone pendants that came with it and the team were so brilliantly helpful and accommodating with this return. It's not often that you can return components of a product so for that I am very grateful! I also appreciate the 100 day return policy is a great idea to give people greater flexibility if they purchase a gift for someone prior to a birthday or special event.
