“The clasp on one of the earrings kept coming loose when out for the day ( my partners birthday so the first time she wore them). Then it fell out and got lost. Abbott Lyon won't do anything about it without the earring being found so the warranty isn't worth anything. I wouldn't buy again expensive but poor quality, with no customer support.”

“I love the earrings, but sadly they arrived and one of the catches didnt work, and kept falling out. Reported to customer care, they kinldy sent me a new set. However, the same happened again. I won't be ordering again as the quality isnt good enough for the value.”

“awful - the quality is shockingly bad, the catch is too loose. these are so ordinary, i'd expect them to be £1 in primark. i'm surprised because the quality of other AL products are good. they should either stop selling these, or make a huge improvement.”
