“The birth stone was also very disappointing, I choose a turquoise coloured stone for a December birthday and the colour was so dull at first I thought they forgot to put the stone in it as it just looked like a hole in the gold band.”

“Wrong birthstone put in necklace. Where is the quality control and order checks?? Customer service sending replacement but had to give to my friend as a leaving gift with the wrong stone in. Embarrassing and will not use company again.”
