“The bracelet is lovely however the item arrived in a squashed box due to just being placed in a very thin cardboard envelope with no surrounding packaging. Also the item arrived with no bag as advertised with every update email. As this was a gift Obviously I was extremely dissapointed! What's even more dissapointing is that I still have not heard back from your customer service team after bringing this to your attention 2 weeks ago! I don't want to write a bad review on trust pilot but unfortunately with the lack of care over my complaint you leave me with no other choice. Such a shame as I had high hopes for this company.”

“Really lovely bracelet and has a lot of sentimental value to me! However, the excess bracelet that lets you tighten the jewellery is very annoying and get easily tangled, I’ve also caught it multiple times and I’m worried it’s going to break.”
