“Would not recommend this brand to anyone. I have ordered 2 bracelets with letter “T” for my friends it was a gift I was supposed to take with me on my trip. It came not in the best condition, one of the bracelets looked like it’s been used, the care instructions card was missing from the box and the clasp wasn’t closing completely, so the bracelet could be lost while wearing, poor quality of the product, when I contacted the customer service they weren’t very helpful, I’ve sent them proof pictures of poor quality of one of the bracelets and asked for replacement bracelet but I needed it until a certain date because was going on a trip to see my friends, they were very slow with the response and asked me to send a video of the faulty bracelet I did that and then they asked me for another video (it was the next day, so I understood that I won’t get a replacement bracelet on time, so ordered 2 new bracelets from another brand) because they couldn’t see the problem, but you could clearly see the problem with the clasp. So I sent them another video but was really annoyed that I needed to send so many photos and videos and I didn’t have much time. Eventually the suggested to replace the faulty bracelet but as I said I already ordered new bracelets from another brand as could not wait long so I didn’t need or want them anymore, so I asked for a full refund for both bracelets and told them that I will send the bracelets back, they only refunded one faulty bracelet so now I have two bracelets one of them is faulty with letter “T” which I don’t need. I would not recommend to buy from this brand as they have poor quality products for such prices and horrible customer service. Would never buy anything from them again!!!!! Disappointed Wanted to add photos as proof, but it wouldn’t let me haha not surprised”
