“I placed the order for this bracelet, but sadly I've never received it despite trying to contact AL (by email, facebook, instagram and even the contact us on their website) numerous times. There is no telephone number listed anywhere to make human contact. Very, very disappointed as this was a birthday present for my daughter. So I couldn't tell you the quality of the bracelet as I've not got my hands on it. I had ordered from AL on a couple of occasions previously and thought the jewellery was wonderful, but now I will AVOID”
