“Not worth the money Packaging was rubbish”

“Bracelet, nice as expected. Score reflects awful customer service. Ordered 6pm on 6th, tried to cancel order within 36 hours (emailed on 8th 11am. No reply to email for 4 days. Wanted to cancel due to learning a friend had ordered exactly same bracelet and name set 4 days earlier. Told couldn’t cancel as it was personalised. No chance they had started making the bracelet when it takes them 4 days to reply to an email. Then the bracelet didn’t arrive until the 22nd. Fully aware personalised items can take 10-12 days, not 16. Really, really, disappointed. On the back of the customer service will most likely avoid in the future.”

“DO NOT purchase in this place, avoid wasting your money and time. I purchased a bespoke bracelet almost a month ago and customer service cannot still let me know when my order is. Absolutely shocking service.”

“Beautiful piece of jewellery, I had my babies name on it to match my necklace with my eldest sons name on. I just love them”
