“I received this bracelet after ordering it as a special gift for a friend and was delighted with the quality, it was beautiful! I had a slight issue with the name but once I contacted the team they were so friendly and wonderful and went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me. I would highly recommend this bracelet and any other item on Abbott Lyon, the jewellery is beautiful and the team are always there to help no matter what.”

“I typically always leave positive reviews however after waiting an extended period of time (which was disclosed up front as it was personalized) but I have a VERY petite bone structure / wrist and it’s considerably too big. :( based on the listed sizing, I ordered - not true to size and expensive to return. I’m sad. Quality and style are great just not for smaller wrists :(”
