“Loved my bracelet. It is exactly what I wanted. Good quality materials. Hoping it lasts a long time.”

“Never received after being promised it would arrive by Christmas. Awful company that only prioritizes its influencers be actual paying customers.”

“I bought this bracelet for my best friend for her 18th, she really loved it! It was a personalised gift which made it more special for us both. Thank you, it’s beautiful.”

“Where do I start!! To cut a long story short received wrong items sent them back and to this day have had nothing back ! So spent £75 and got nothing to show for it . Wouldn’t even give you one star if I didn’t have to .. there’s your review!!!!”

“The bracelet came and the charms were considerably chunkier than I have expected. The bracelet was for my mother and I had presumed from the images it would be more delicate. I also paid for two charms and the bracelet only came with one. Considering the bracelet was supposed to be checked before leaving their warehouse (as specified on the steps before dispatch) I’m struggling to see how this was missed. I’m awaiting a response from Abbott Lyon currently, but apparently their customer service is having to reply to many emails.”
