“I ordered this as a replacement for the plain non personalised version, which did not close properly with the bolo clasp. That also was a replacement for a plain bracelet which had a defect on one of the clovers and also did not close securely with the bolo clasp. So this was my 3rd bracelet to order, and as the plain ones are no longer available I had to order a personalised one. The good news: the bolo clasp issue is improved hugely and the bracelet now stays closed and doesnt slide open like the previous 2 versions I received. The bad news: one letter was missing from the bracelet, leaving it one short. However, customer service was fantastic and I ordered a different set of jewelry as I felt my luck was bad with this particular model of bracelet. So overall, customer service outstanding, and I do like the bracelet even if it's one letter short.”
