“It looks pretty but the clovers are clear stuck in and not quite straight. The initials are sharp and feel like will catch and come off and the cubes on the ends of the bracelet are very sharp”

“I think my parcel got soaked as when I opened the box all the paperwork inside and the presentation booklets and cloth were all heavily water damaged and couldn’t be part of the gift. It was a real shame and somewhat tarnished the gift.”
