“My daughter loves her birthday gift bracelet but the clasp is not working so the bracelet is always slipping off her hand. So she can no longer wear it out of the house.”

“Let me start off by saying that I love this bracelet style. It’s beautiful. The reason for my three star review is that I do not like the tone of the gold plating. It looks very fake due to the yellow/orange gold plating. I own many gold plated items that have a more subtle gold tone. I also ordered a silver one for my mom and I liked it much better (5 star review for that one). As I said, it’s a beautiful bracelet but I just don’t love the tone of the gold. I was looking forward to this being delivered and I was a bit disappointed.”

The quality and service is first class - exellent !!! Also, thank you so much for the extra MUM bracelet, what a super lovely and kind touch, I was blown away with it!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!”
