“I love my bracelet, design and look. It’s sentimental to me as it is personalised with my husband and children’s initials. It was actually a replacement to my original purchase as my first bracelet broke. Abbot Lyon were great and very efficient in getting me a replacement. However I’m saddened to say the new bracelet seems a bit faulty, it’s a draw string style bracelet and one side of the pull is very loose and doesn’t stay in place so when I am wearing it, it is forever coming undone on one side.”

“The bracelet is very pretty but it arrived attached to a piece of card in an envelope. For the cost of the bracelet I would expect it to be in a basic jewellery box. I contacted customer service and although they responded quickly initially I have not heard from since, poor customer service and packaging takes the look away from the bracelet as it looks cheap which it’s not”
