“This is such a lovely charm, it looks so much more expensive than it is, fantastic quality and is so pretty and just looks so lovely on. I love the way they have designed the letter charms. I have had so many people ask where I bought it from. I will be looking forward to purchasing more and more charms to build my bracelet as their pieces are so lovely. I have to mention their Customer Service too, absolutly outstanding! I do not think I have ever dealt with a company with such amazing customer service, I had an issue, they dealt with it immediately and really went above and beyond!”
