“From a previous order my necklace actually broke after 2 weeks of wearing it, I messaged Abbott Lyon about their 2 year warranty and straight away I was sent a new necklace to replace it! I can’t fault the products, I have lots of jewellery from here and sometimes it just happens. Abbott Lyon’s customer service was fab!”
