“This is a very pretty and delicate necklace. The style was perfect for a pendant I have that's lost its chain. Sadly, the colour wasn't quite right, but AL did their absolute best to try and suit my needs. Although it didn't work out in the end, I can't praise their service highly enough. They really did go out of their way to try and please.”
