“I absolutely love this bracelet but one thing lets it down. It’s impossible to put on and take off. The catch is positioned do it’s definitely a two man job, even then it’s not easy.”

“I bought this bracelet for my daughters 18th when she put it on we noticed that the clasp was faulty,she was really disappointed as it is beautiful,so I sent an email and I had to show them the fault,which we did I had a few emails back ,then they emailed me and said they were so sorry and we could have a credit and it was a bit more than what we had paid,and just to keep the faulty bracelet and no need to send it back,I have been in retail all my life,and I just can't believe what exceptional customer service this is,my daughter was over the moon,and she's eagerly awaiting her new bracelet xx”
