“The initial and birthstone necklace - plus the packaging were just beautiful! Quality pieces and very well presented. I was so impressed. However I realized that I ordered the wrong size (mini instead of regular). I reached out to customer service to ask if I could replace the necklace with what I should have ordered. The immediate response was "of course - but don't send the other necklace back, please keep it with our pleasure and we've sent you out your new requested order"! Who does that??!! Unheard of right?! Absolutely amazing customer service. Abbott Lyon I commend you on your product and your excellent customer support. I'll be back for future orders. Thank you so very much, Alison”

“I bought this as a set with the letter pendant and gold chain for my niece for her birthday and it is so pretty and lovely. It all arrived before the expected time as well.
