“After waiting 5 months I finally received my necklace - and it was wrong !! The wrong length was sent and I was told I had to wait longer (10 days) cos the longer length wasn’t a standard product range ! Absolute shambles - customer service is non existent and I would never buy anything from this company ever again or recommend anyone to use them! There are better companies around that are cheaper and offer better products.”
