“Bracelet well received by recipient, not the best fit, needs a bit of freedom on the wrist. Cannot fault the quality, BUT, customer service in this instance YES... Product code states: S/M 7.5" I received 7" Chat service arguing that Fígaro is sold at 7". Upshot, told return for voucher to choose size that fits better!!! 7.5" would have done...at the time of ordering, in my basket was an extension at a price, I did not accept as I thought I was buying a 7.5" bracelet. On finding I had received a 7" bracelet, I tried to order the extension and was told on chat, this item is not sold seperately, having gone round and round in circles I sent an email: 17 Dec., voicing frustration along with ruler showing size of bracelet. I did not get a response, just another email (18 Dec.), thanking me for order and offering another discount on next order. Prior to that I tried to order an initial for the bracelet as shown on website, I would assume the initial would be sold as an attachment to the bracelet, but it came up in the basket as a separate item, I couldn't see how to ensure this would arrive attached to the bracelet, my email 10 Dec., asking how. Your email: asks for screenshot of item, why, you know your website, you only have two Fígaro bracelets, one in gold the other silver, but I did not get confirmation that this would arrive as an attachment, so I decided to just buy the bracelet, and around in circles I went from there. Pity because your jewellery does look good and as I say the recipient was happy with her gift but not entirely with the 7" fit. But, customer service in this instance yes.”

“Perfect pairing with my tennis bracelet! It has a long chain to adjust the size of the bracelet, which is helpful. It is a simple but pretty addition to the other bracelets I purchased. Highly recommend listening to the site's recommended bracelet pairings - they know what they are doing.”

“This is a beautiful bracelet, however it was too small for me. I ordered the larger size also, but that was toi big for me. I have clipped the two bracelets together to make a necklace, which is perfect.”
