“This bracelet was a replacement as first one discoloured which was a disappointment , I have the necklace and not had any issues with it, it's lovely and I love the style. I must say customer services was the best I've ever experienced, so quick with response... Excellent ! I'm so grateful not to have a headache trying to sort things out.
