“Purchased two bracelets (Figaro and Rope Chain) for my friends as Xmas gifts. Both look amazing, but I wanted to point out the customer service that I received. I purchased two gift bags with my order, but only one arrived. I emailed customer service and I received a very prompt response. I was annoyed as receiving the bag was time-sensitive because I had dinner booked in two days to exchange gifts with my friends. Abbott Lyon expedited the bag and it was delivered on the morning of the day I was due to meet my friends. I am impressed by their effort.”

“Love the design and looks wonderful on but again a bit on the tight side for an older person unless very slim. My advice is to buy a chain extender . Different sizes of same very widely available.”
