“I was very impressed with the customer service from Abbott Lyon. My chain arrived really fast but unfortunately it broke after only wearing it a couple of times. They were so understanding and helpful. I sent photos to them and they sent me a replacement chain straight away. They were very apologetic and genuine with their response. I love my necklace”

“Lovely necklace and I also bought a birth stone and initial to go on it for my daughters birthday. Looks really nice. Delivery was quick. Had to change the length of the chain and the customer service was amazing. Very pleased.”
