“This is a beautiful necklace However I’m in process of exchanging. All my fault I might add. I ordered the wrong chain to go with a charm. Also the exchange process has been very easy so far. I used the chat function to notify of my mistake and within minutes had received an email with the return label and instructions, also the correct chain was ordered for replacement. Great service.”
