“Unfortunately the letter / initial was not in the box / attached to the necklace , so I was very embarrassed when I gave this as a present , the person thought the gift was just a silver necklace , I tried to explain it should have her initial. She said it was fine, I should have checked the box before wrapping but as I had checked my other order. So my advice to all please check the box !!!”
