“I recently bought the 16 inch curb chain from Abbott lyon. I felt that is was to short and requested an exchange for a longer chain. The replaced this immediately and I recieved the new chain even before they recieved the one that I posted back to them. They have the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thanks”
