“Love love this necklace!!!! It is a statement piece and I've received so many complements when wearing it. The heart charm is reversible so add an initial anyway because you can wear it two different ways!! I would have added more charms if I knew that they were removable but I will just have to make more orders! For Canadians shopping beware that you will be charged duties and another shipping fee. Abbott Lyon was very responsive and helpful when I emailed asking about the extra charges (I knew duties would be a given but there was also a hidden shipping fee). They provided great customer service!”
