“Beautiful necklace when finally arrived. Ordered for a leaving present for a colleage 3 weeks in advance but due to x2 system errors at Abbott Lyon did not arrived in time. Unable to speak to anyone except via email despite being a UK company. Also sent via Evri who are useless and dumped the parcel on doorstep & not in secure place instructed. Could easily have been stolen. All in all very disappointed with afterservice and won't be using again which is a shame as the Jewellery itself its beautiful & well presented. *Abbott Lyon needs aftersale communication review & change delivery user as Evri are poor.”
