Professional, prompt and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied by posting out the 20 inch chain as soon as I sent proof of postage of my 16 inch chain return and ensuring it was here within a few days so I wasn’t waiting long for my chain. The chain itself is just what I wanted and I am very happy with it. I would definitely buy again from Abbott Lyon and recommend to family and friends due to the quality of my purchase and fantastic customer service received.”
