“This was my third Abbott Lyon purchase and the service was excellent as always. This was a gift for my daughter in law for her birthday but mistakenly I ordered it to be delivered to my address. We were on holiday at the time so wouldn’t have even been available to take delivery. I emailed customer services in a panic asking for the address to be changed. The change was made in an instant. Many many thanks!!”
