“Nice bracelet which bought for my daughter she loves it. But unfortunately the size fixer is faulty and works its way loose she has nearly lost it twice Unfortunately as it was a gift she has thrown the packaging away I would like to exchange it for one that is more secure. Not sure how to about it Thank you”
