“I got the chain with the small little balls on it( forgotten what it’s called on the website) top quality goes with everything in my wardrobe. Would make a great gift as it subtle enough to be feminine and for everyday wear but the initial is bold enough to make a statement”

“This is a beautiful piece but comes with a funny story. I bought this for my sister for her birthday about 1 month before her (our!) big day along with the gorgeous ball chain. Well the big day arrived and she opened her gift but there was no 'A' in her gift - just the ball chain. I had no idea what I had done (a month prior) but the 'A' was no where to be found. I scoured my house and finally sheepishly reached out to AL thinking I had not actually received it (I bought several items in my order and did not even open the 'A' or the chain so didn't really notice if it was there or not). After reaching out to AL, they were incredibly gracious and sent me a replacement (at no charge). The customer service was incredible and very responsive. I still may have accidentally thrown out my 'A' at the end of the day but my problem was resolved by AL quickly and I am grateful! The necklace is stunning. My sister loves it (and now we have our matching initials to celebrate our twin birthdays) and I will definitely recommend this company. They 'get' customer service - even when the customer *may* have caused all the confusion in the first place (sorry for this!). 5 stars for the combined quality, beauty and client service. Keep it up! I will be back for more. Tanya”
