“I do love my infinity bracelet. I am slightly disappointed as it looks a dull silver next to my sterling silver bracelet. The rest of the bracelet is an excellent quality. However the customer service, delivery and quality of the company are fantastic. I would recommend the company and bracelet just disappointed it's not sterling silver.”

“A lovely bracelet and gorgeous gift however the delivery was 2 weeks late and then never turned up at all. I contacted customer services and they were able to send a replacement order which arrived in 3 days. Great customer service however I was disappointed that they didn’t provide much of an apology nor did they consider the fact that I no longer needed a replacement order as I bought them for presents and had to re order from a different company to get something in time whilst I waited for the new order. I now how 2 extra bracelets which I’ve had to pay for sat waiting for homes!”
