“When I first made my order my parcel was “lost” the jewellery did not arrive for either occasion ordered for despite allowing 2 months for the delivery. Then when I contacted the team they just re-input my order which took a further 3 weeks to be delivered. Now one of the letters on one of the bracelets has came off after having for less than 2 months. Pretty bracelet but poor quality and service.”
