“Really disappointed as I had returned this bangle after they had been so good regarding a previous order. I had purchased this bangle via a voucher however I returned this a month ago and still no refund / voucher code again to purchase again. Really disappointed as they had been so good last time. I’ve lost my return receipt with the post office so feel let down. Lovely jewllery just upset as I followed every step for the refund and wrote inside the parcel my name and address.”
